Kai Roolf joined BC Partners in 2011 after having worked 4 years at The Boston Consulting Group where he focused mainly on projects in the industrial goods and energy industries. Kai holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
