Hermann Wendelstadt joined in 1997 from Morgan Stanley, where he spent five years focused on corporate finance and M&A with a particular emphasis on German, Swiss and Austrian companies. He was based in London and Frankfurt. Previously he undertook a two year apprenticeship with Bayerische Vereinsbank in Munich. He has an MBA from the EAP European School of Management and a BA in economics and business studies from the University of Mannheim, and speaks German, English and French.
