Johanna Rastad joined in 2008 from ABN Amro where she spent two and a half years in investment banking M&A advisory with a focus on chemicals and healthcare. Prior positions include periods at Kaupthing investment bank in Stockholm and SEB Hypothekenbank in Frankfurt. She holds degrees in finance and international management from Stockholm School of Economics and speaks Swedish, English and German.
