Mark Hersee joined in 2008 from Hermes Asset Management, where he spent five years as a Director of the large cap UK activist fund, acquiring stakes in public companies with a view to improving returns. Prior to this, Mark worked as a European equity analyst at Bank of America and also spent six years as a UK Fund Manager at UBS Asset Management. He holds a degree in economics and a masters in finance from Durham University.
