Jens Reidel joined in 1992 from Munich Trust Holdings, a company he co-founded to undertake buy-outs in Germany. He previously worked for the cosmetics and medical products company Beiersdorf in Germany and Canada for 13 years. His experience includes positions as head of the group control and treasury functions, manager of the Canadian subsidiary and head of materials management for two of the four divisions. During these years he was responsible for seven acquisitions. He has a degree in economics and business administration from the Goethe University in Frankfurt. He speaks German, English and French.
