Francesco Conte joined in 1997 from Bain & Co in Milan, where he worked for three years as a manager. Previously, he worked for three years as an investment manager with LBO Italia, a buy-out group. He also spent two years in M&A with Morgan Stanley in London. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in business administration from the University of Genoa, and speaks Italian, English and French.
