Cédric Dubourdieu joined in 2001 from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he spent 3 years in the investment banking division in Paris and London and executed a number of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, capital markets and principal investment transactions. He holds a degree from Ecole Polytechnique in France and speaks French, English, German and Italian.
