André François-Poncet joined in 2000 from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of its French business. During the sixteen years which he spent at MSDW in New York, London and Paris, he initiated and executed a broad variety of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and other advisory assignments for clients across many industries. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in business administration from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC). He speaks French and English.
