Fahim joined BC Partners in 2006. He is Chief Operating Officer, a permanent member of the Management Committee, chairs the Portfolio Review Committee and has leadership responsibilities for Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and HR across the Firm.
Fahim leads the Firm’s investment in Presidio and has been actively involved with a number of investments, including PetSmart, Chewy and Suddenlink/Cablevision. He continues to source investments in the North American TMT sector.
Previously, Fahim spent four years at the Boston Consulting Group in London, New York, and Washington.

Previously, Philipp spent 17 years at HgCapital, where he led a number of successful investments and held several board positions.

Nikos joined BC Partners in 2005. He is Chairman, Europe, a permanent member of the Management Committee, a permanent member of the Private Equity Investment Committee, Chairs the Private Equity Exit Committee and plays an active role in developing the Firm’s strategy, recruiting talent, sourcing investment opportunities, and portfolio company operating reviews.
Nikos brings nearly three decades of experience in private equity across a number of sector and geographies. He leads the Telecom and Media investment vertical in Europe and has led several investments for the Firm including Acuris, Pharmathen, ComHem, United Group, and Springer Nature.
Previously, Nikos was a Partner at Apax Partners in London, and prior to this worked at the Boston Consulting Group in London.

Raymond joined BC Partners in 1992. He is Chairman of the Firm, Chairman of the Management Committee and the Private Equity Investment Committee. Alongside shaping the Firm’s strategy, Raymond continues to source new investment opportunities and remains actively involved in portfolio company operating reviews.
He has over three decades of investing experience across a range of sectors and geographies and has led several of the Firm’s transactions including UnityMedia, Suddenlink/Cablevision, PetSmart, Chewy, Madison Logic and Valtech. Raymond leads private equity coverage of the Telecom and Media sector in North America.
Previously, Raymond worked in investment banking at Wasserstein Perella in New York and Paris, and prior to this worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago.
