Tanya Thompson
Managing Director, Portfolio Operations
Tanya joined BC Partners in 2017. She is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Operations team based in London.
Previously, Tanya worked at LDC where she was most recently leader of its Operations Team. Prior to this, she worked in the Commercial Performance Improvement Team at BP, supporting BP’s global efficiency agenda and started her career at Stroud International delivering P&L-impacting operational improvements across a broad base of clients.
