Stéphane Theuriau

Stéphane joined BC Partners in 2018 to launch BC Partners Real Estate. He is Partner and the Head of BC Partners Real Estate based in Paris.

Previously, Stéphane was Group CEO of Altarea Cogedim, where he oversaw significant growth with the market capitalisation of the business increasing from €1 billion to €3 billion during his tenure and led the successful launch and investment of AltaFund in 2011, a €650m private equity real estate fund sponsored by Altarea Cogedim. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he led the French and then European Real Estate Investing business.
