Bocconi

In December 2021, BCPERE I completed the acquisition of a c.11,000 sqm portfolio of vacant buildings in Milan from Bocconi University.

The two largest residential assets of the portfolio have a build-to-sell strategy. Both assets were fully pre-sold, and the smaller of the two is completed. The residential units met the demand for high-end new-build residential in Milan, which has been in very limited supply since the Global Financial Crisis, despite strong affordability metrics versus other major European cities.

The assets are targeting the best energy performance certificates and have ample outside spaces and green areas.
