InfoRLife, the leading pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO specialising in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market, today announced that Dimitris Kadis has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st October. He will lead InfoRLife’s next stage of growth and innovation.
He joins at an important point in the company’s history to lead the separation of InfoRLife from its former parent company, ACS Dobfar, and establish InfoRLife as a standalone company that brings together the talent and capabilities of its three sites in Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia.
Mr. Kadis brings a wealth of experience in leading successful R&D- and manufacturing-led pharmaceutical companies. He spent more than 20 years helping to build Pharmathen into a global leader in complex generic developments across multiple technologies, most notably long-acting injectables.
Mr. Kadis will work closely with Mr. Dusci, Mr. Bettinelli, the company’s leadership team, and colleagues across the wider business to accelerate InfoRLife’s growth as an independent and integrated company, with a focus on R&D, innovation, and operational excellence.

Earlier this year, BC Partners agreed to acquire a co-control stake in InfoRLife. The transaction has not yet closed and remains subject to customary closing conditions.
