In April, BC Partners announced the sale of portfolio company Presidio, a leading provider of secured cloud-based IT services, to CD&R.
Following this announcement, Fahim Ahmed, BC Partners’ Chief Operating Officer spoke to PE Hub about the firm’s investment in Presidio and subsequent exit, how it grew the company and why IT is attractive to PE firms.
“Fundamentally, I think the business really outperformed even our expectations” Ahmed told PE Hub.
