Real Deals pointed to Synthon’s strong organic growth, capex-led value creation, and strategic execution – including margin improvement, commercial enhancements, and successful international expansion under BC Partners’ ownership.
Following the sale of our majority stake in Synthon in December 2024, BC Partners retained a minority stake in the business, reflecting our continued conviction in Synthon’s growth and performance.
