Andrew Devine
Chief Legal Officer
Andrew joined BC Partners in 2015 and is based in London. He is the Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions. Andrew is the Chair of the Operational Risk Committee and acts as group Chief Compliance Officer.
Previously, Andrew worked at Standard & Poor’s, PwC Legal, Apax Partners, and Partners Capital. Prior to this he worked in the Enforcement Division of the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Andrew is a qualified UK solicitor.
