Previously, Jason was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Iconix Brand Group Inc. Prior to this, he has held roles including General Counsel of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., and as a member of the corporate/mergers & acquisitions groups of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison LLP, advising clients in connection with both public and private transactions.
