BC Partners Real Estate acquired a vacant site in London to develop an office-led mixed-use scheme

The project involves redeveloping a former Travelodge hotel into a G+18-storey office tower, with planning permission obtained November 2023. The scheme also features residential and affordable housing, public and retail spaces, and a new pedestrian street.

Located between Tottenham Court Road and Holborn, the site is in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, close to Soho, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, and Covent Garden. The proposed development will offer approximately 219,000 sqft of new-build accommodation, comprising 81% office space, 14% residential units (45% of which are affordable), and 5% retail.
