Thibault joined BC Partners in 2018 as part of the launch of BC Partners Real Estate. He is a Partner in the Real Estate team based in Paris.

Previously, Thibault was a Managing Director at Altarea Cogedim, where he was responsible for mixed-use and office developments and co-led the office asset acquisitions by Alta Fund, a €650m private equity real estate fund. Prior to this, Thibault worked for Bouygues Group, where he was responsible for block residential sales and public finance initiative projects. He has also held roles at Kick-Start Ventures and BNP Paribas.

Nicolas Guerin

Managing Director, Real Estate

Nicolas joined BC Partners in 2020. He is a Managing Director in the Real Estate team based in Paris and oversees all property development, construction, and design activity of BCP RE investment operations.

Previously, Nicolas worked at Bouygues including with its property development arm Linkcity International, where he was responsible for all international activity as well as leading Linkcity UK and ULIVING, Bouygues’ student housing operator in the UK.
