Laurian Douin

Laurian joined BC Partners in 2018 as part of the launch of BC Partners Real Estate. He is a Partner in the Real Estate team based in London.

Previously, Laurian was Managing Director at Altarea Cogedim, a French listed multi-format real estate and property development company. During this time, he was a member of the Group Executive Committee and was CEO of AltaFund, a €650m private equity real estate fund sponsored by Altarea Cogedim. Prior to this, he was Head of Altarea Cogedim Group Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for corporate development, international expansion, and bank financing. Laurian has also held roles at PwC Real Estate Corporate Finance and Andersen Real Estate Corporate Finance.

Nicolas Guerin

Managing Director, Real Estate

Nicolas joined BC Partners in 2020. He is a Managing Director in the Real Estate team based in Paris and oversees all property development, construction, and design activity of BCP RE investment operations.

Previously, Nicolas worked at Bouygues including with its property development arm Linkcity International, where he was responsible for all international activity as well as leading Linkcity UK and ULIVING, Bouygues’ student housing operator in the UK.
