Its vertically integrated offering includes on-site field services, collection, transport, treatment, and final disposal of waste. The company has grown organically and through accretive M&A to become a Canadian leader and North American consolidator, with market-leading ESG credentials.
BC Partners acquired a majority stake in the company alongside Apollo, with GFL maintaining a minority ownership stake.
