Shaun joined BC Partners in 2023. He is Head of Human Resources based in London.
Previously, Shaun worked as a Senior HR Consultant for businesses including Oakley Capital, Montagu Private Equity and EW Healthcare. Prior to this, he held senior HR roles at Lightrock (LGT Group), Intermediate Capital Group, and Aureos Capital.
