David Giampaolo

David Giampaolo was engaged by BC Partners as an operating advisor in 2011 and brings a wealth of experience across alternative asset investing. David currently serves on the board of Zumba Fitness, Smartmatic and is a senior advisor to AMG. He is the founder and Chief Executive of Pi Capital, a London based membership club that convenes events with pre-eminent public speakers. In the past he has founded, built up and sold several businesses and health club chains in the US and Europe. He has also been involved as an investor, advisor and board member of some of the largest and most successful health & fitness companies in the world including Fitness First, 24 Hour Fitness and Zumba Fitness.
