Mark Hersee

Partner, Private Equity, Co-head of Healthcare

Mark joined BC Partners in 2008. He is a Partner in the Private Equity team based in London and and a rotating member of the Private Equity Investment Committee.

Mark leads the coverage of the European Healthcare sector, as well as having responsibility for UK coverage. He led BC Partners’ investments in Synthon and Havea and has been actively involved with several investments, including VetPartners, Pharmathen and Elysium.

Previously, Mark worked at activist fund Hermes Focus Asset Management. Prior to this, he worked as a European Equity Analyst at Bank of America and a Portfolio Manager at UBS Asset Management in London.

Cédric Dubourdieu

Cédric joined BC Partners in 2001. He is a Partner and a rotating member of the Private Equity Investment Committee.

Cédric leads the Services vertical in Europe, and the Firm’s investment sourcing efforts in France. He led BC Partners’ investment in Davies and was actively involved in the acquisition of Havea. Cédric has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having led the investments in Shawbrook Bank and iQera.

Previously, he spent four years at Morgan Stanley in investment banking and in the Real Estate Funds Division (MSREF) in London and Paris.
