BC Partners to invest in InfoRLife in partnership with Italy’s ACS Dobfar

July 28, 2026

BC Partners, a leading international investment firm, today announced that it has agreed to acquire a co-control stake in InfoRLife SA (“InfoRLife”) from its Founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and the founding families of ACS Dobfar (“ACS”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2002 as a division of ACS, InfoRLife is the only pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO specialising in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market. Headquartered in Switzerland, the company provides end-to-end development, manufacturing, and out-licensing capabilities and operates three sites across Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia.

Demand for RTU IV infusion bags continues to grow as hospitals seek safer, more efficient, and cost-effective drug delivery solutions. In partnership with ACS, BC Partners will help the company capitalise on these tailwinds and accelerate growth by investing significantly in R&D, broadening its product pipeline, driving operational excellence, and pursuing M&A.

Matt Evans, Partner, BC Partners, said: “Our investment in InfoRLife builds on BC Partners’ strong track record in the generics space. We see a compelling opportunity to create a leading platform by applying the value creation playbooks we have developed through years of partnering with best-in-class companies in the sector, with a strong focus on R&D and operational excellence.”

Marco Castelli, Partner, BC Partners, added: “We are delighted to partner with ACS and the broader InfoRLife team as the company embarks on its next phase of growth. InfoRLife is a true hidden gem — a market-leading business in an attractive sector benefiting from strong secular growth trends, focused on complex therapeutic areas and products that deliver meaningful value to customers. Our investment reflects BC Partners’ long-standing approach of partnering directly with families and founders, bringing the sector expertise, international network, and operational toolkit needed to build leading businesses.”

This investment marks the second investment in BC Partners Fund XII following the acquisition of Fortidia, a leading asset-light fulfilment & logistics player. BC Partners Fund XII will follow the same sector-led strategy as prior funds, focused on building a diverse portfolio of defensive growth companies in the mid-market.

BC Partners was advised by Latham & Watkins, Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti, PwC, Bär & Karrer, Jefferies, and Rothschild. ACS was advised by Alira Health and LCA.
