BC Partners Credit, the $8 billion credit arm of international investment firm BC Partners, announced two strategic moves yesterday that substantially expand its financial services lending platform.
BC Partners Credit will acquire Runway Growth Capital, a provider of growth loans to companies seeking alternatives to equity financing. Separately, the firm launched a strategic alliance with investment bank Piper Sandler to enhance debt financing options for financial institutions.
