Lakshman joined BC Partners in 2017. He is a Partner and Head of Portfolio Operations for Private Equity based in New York.

Previously, Lakshman was Chief Information Officer at Next Era Energy Inc. and AES Corporation, both Fortune 200 companies. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Capgemini and has also advised several early and mid-stage companies leveraging his operating, consulting, and industry background.
