In September 2012, BCEC IX acquired Aenova, and later that year acquired Temmler Werke Holding GmbH. This was followed by the acquisition of Haupt Pharma AG in 2014.
Aenova is now the no. 1 European and no. 3 worldwide CDMO and provides product development and manufacturing services for pharma / consumer healthcare customers.
The company offers solid, semi-solid and liquid dosage forms with leading positions in attractive technologies and markets, including solids, softgel caps, sterile and special substances and animal health.
