Paolo Notarnicola

Paolo joined BC Partners in New York in 2014. He is a Partner in the Private Equity team based in New York and a member of the Management and Private Equity Investment Committees.

Paolo leads the Services sector in North America, with regional responsibility for Canada. He led BC Partners’ investments in GFL Environmental (NYSE, TSX: GFL) and in GardaWorld and was actively involved in the Accudyne investment.

Previously, Paolo was an investment executive at KKR, where he was responsible for developing its investment activities in Canada, and prior to that he was a member of KKR Capstone, its portfolio operations team. Prior to this, he was an Investment Banker at Lazard Canada and worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Canada, USA, and Italy.
