Paolo Notarnicola

Partner, Private Equity, Co-head of Services, Member of the Management Committee

Paolo joined BC Partners in New York in 2014. He is a Partner in the Private Equity team based in London and a member of the Management and Private Equity Investment Committees.

Paolo co-leads the Services sector in Europe and has regional responsibility for Canada. He led BC Partners’ investments in GFL Environmental (NYSE, TSX: GFL), in GardaWorld, in GFL Environmental Services (GES), and Fortidia, and was actively involved in the Accudyne investment.

Previously, Paolo was an investment executive at KKR, where he was responsible for developing its investment activities in Canada, and prior to that he was a member of KKR Capstone, its portfolio operations team. Prior to this, he was an Investment Banker at Lazard and worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Canada, USA, and Italy.
